HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1966-4228~- ~ ~ Form No. 344 RESOLUTION NO. 4228 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF A SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS HILLTOP TERRACE VIEW SUBDIVISION UNIT N0. 2 The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore approved that certain tentative map of a subdivision to be known as Hilltop Terrace View Subdivision Unit No. 2 and has recommended that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista approve said tentative map subject to the conditions as recommended in their letter of October 25 ~ 1966 a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said Council does hereby approve said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista. City o~ CInu.Qa ~1J~sta CALIFORNIA The Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, California Subject: Hilltop Terrace View Unit #2 - Tentative Map Gentlemen: At their meeting of October 24, 1966, the City Planning Commission considered the tentative map of the Hilltop Terrace View Subdivision, Unit #2 located between Hilltop Drive and Tobias Drive, north of Quintard Street. The subdivision has an area of approximately 4.9 acres and contains 21 single-family lots. The Commission recommends approval subject to the following conditions: 1. Atl slopes shalt be graded and planted in accordance with specifications on file in the Planning Department with the type of plant material used on the slopes subject to the approval of the Director of Planning. 2. Special attention shall be given to the final design of Lots 7 through 11 to assure that better utilization of the lots will be possible when final grading is complete.
