Supporting information: (Use other side if necessary) In order to implment the PEP, pursuant to Council minute action to pursue obtaining grant funds, it will be necessary to purchase certain equipment. Therefore, an appropriation in the amount of $15,950 is requested, from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund. The City Clerk will be responsible for both the training and supervision. Salary range of the City Clerk is 909 - 1105 with 954 as the Present salary. The amount of on- the -job training each position will require and the salary range and classification of the position who will train the PEP employee. 2. The amount of supervision which each position will require per week and the salary range and classification of the position which will supervise the PEP employee.
