RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR
VILLAGE 5, NEIGHBORHOOD R-25 OF THE OTAY RANCH
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the developer has executed a Supplemental Subdivision Improvement
Agreement to satisfy remaining conditions of City Council Resolution No. 18398.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Chula Vista
does hereby approve the Supplemental Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Village 5,
Neighborhood R-25 of Chula Vista Tract No. 96-04, Otay Ranch SPA One, a copy of which
shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
