This necessitated a definite assign- ment of right of way at the intersection of East Palomar Street and a stop sign was installed which has proven to be functioning satisfactorily. Cole, Director of Public Works TO: City Attorney SUBJECT: Amending Schedule II of Traffic Code - Special Stops Required for Nacion Avenue and E. Palomar St. Your office is requested to prepare the necessary [X] Resolution; [ ] Ordinance; [ ] Agreement; to be presented to the City Council for action on October 12 , 1971 , on the subject matter. Supporting information: (Use other side if necessary) SCHEDULE II - Special Stops Required Intersection Traffic Stopped on Signs Nacion Avenue and E. Palomar St. E. Palomar Street 1 E. Palomar Street was recently constructed to the East to intersect Nacion Avenue. Nacion Avenue is a major North -South collector and it was necessary to have a definite assignment of right of way at the intersection of E. Palomar. The stop sign regulation was installed as described above and has been functioning satisfactorily. It is recommended that the regulation be made permanent.
