SUBJECT: SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT - F.B.M. SUBDIVISION
Your office is requested to prepare the necessary [x] Resolution;
[ ] Ordinance; [ ] Agreement; to be presented to the City Council for
action on October 5 , 1971 , on the subject matter.
Supporting information: (Use other side if necessary)
Townhouse Properties Ltd., a limited partnership, as owner,
615 Ash Street, San Diego, California, has submitted a bond for
Faithful Performance as surety in the amount of $465.00 and a bond
for Material and Labor in the amount of $233.00, as security for
the improvements in F.B.M. Subdivision.
A Survey Monument Installation Bond as surety in the amount of
$400.00 has been submitted to insure the installation of survey
monuments in F.B.M. Subdivision.
Fees for the subdivision in the following amounts have been deposited:
60o Subdivision Fee $180.00
Street Tree Deposit Fee 60.00
Recording Fee 7.00
247.00
The agreements have been executed by the principals of Townhouse
Properties, Ltd., a limited partnership, and it is recommended that
the City Council approve the resolution authorizing the Mayor to
execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

BACKGROUND: Townhouse Properties, Ltd., has submitted a bond for Faith-
