L,Y.i 1:;'CIHWEf RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA NO FEE ORDERING THE VACATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES ADJACENT TO CHULA VISTA GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3 Form No. 372 Rev. 9-67 RESOLUTION NO. 4839 The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4813 day of Julv , 19~, notice of close a drainage easement adjacent to Chula Unit No. 3 in the City of Chula Vlsta was given, and , adopted on the 2nd intention to vacate and Vista Gardens SUbdivision, WHEREAS, Tuesday , the 23rd day of July , 19~, at 7:00 p.m. , In the Council Chambers of the Clty of Chula Vlsta were fixed as fhe-tlme and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain drainage easement, more particularly described In Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated.
