ROCHE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That the City of Chula vista hereby remises, releases and q~.~tclaims that certain real property in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly descri}red in the quitclaim deed attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, to Manuel ~?. and Norgaard L. Roche.
