Max Avenue, in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday , the lst day of October , 19 68, at 7.00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Chula Vista were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain portion of East Rienstra Street more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated.
