HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1968-4894Form No. 344 Rev, 9-6~ .RESOLUTION NO ~ 4894 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITi~ OF CHULA VISTA P,PPROVING 'THE TENTATIVE MAP OF A SUBDIVISION T'0 BE KNOWN AS McMILLIN'S UNIT NO. 3 SUBDIVISION The City vouncil of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore approved that certain tentative map of a subd~.vision to be known as McMillin's Unit AIo. 3 Subdivision and has recommended that the City Council approve said tentative map subject to the condit~.ons as recommended in their letter dated the 21st day of August , 19 68, a copy of which ~s attached hereto and by th:LS reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said Council does hereby approve said tenta- tive subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista, Presente y ruce H. This subdivision is located on the west side of Fourth Avenue, approximately 290' south of "L" Street, and comprises 3.3 acres which will be developed with 14 single-family lots. The annexation of subject property is in process. The Commission recommended approval of the map subject to the following conditions: 1. Setbacks be established at 10' on Fourth Avenue and 15' on Westby Street 2. The drainage provisions as shown on the tentative map are considered as schematic only. At the time of submission of the final map, a complete drainage analysis shall be submitted. Specific methods of handling storm drainage are subject to detailed approval by the City Engineer. Necessary drainage easements shall be dedicated to the City of Chula Vista. The subdivider shall be responsible for the cost of construction of one- half of a P.C.C. lined trapezoidal channel through the subdivision. This will include all necessary transition structures to tie the channel with the proposed box culvert under Fourth Avenue. 3.
