FOR SLOPE RIGHTS AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for slope rights and drainage purposes executed by Les Chateaux, a limited partnership, by American Housing Guild-San Diego, by Stan Development Co., copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for slope rights and drainage purposes.
