RESOLUTION NO~ 5035
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTT'Y OF` CHULA VISTA
APPROiiTNG THE TENTATIVE MAP OF A SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN
AS PALOMAR VIEW HEIGHTS
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista
has heretofore approved that certain tentative map of a subdivision to
be known as Palomar View Heights
and has recommended that the City Council approve said tentative map
subject to the condit~~.ons as recommended in their letter dated the
21st day of January , 1969 , a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though
fully set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that said Council does hereby approve said tenta-
tive subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of the
Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista.

Subject: Tentative Map - Palomar View Heights
Gentlemen:
At their meeting of January 20, 1969, the City Planning
Commission considered the tentative map of Palomar View
Heights. This subdivision is located on the north
side of Palomar Street extending 321 feet west from the
extension of Nolan Avenue, and comprises 6 R-1 single-
family lots on 1.95 acres.
The Commission recommends approval of the map as
submitted, with no additional conditions.
