RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA, APPROVING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE
USE OF CITY PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS, AND THE FEE
SCHEDULE PROPOSED FOR THE USE OF SAID FACILITIES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City
of Chula Vista has heretofore reviewed the Rules and Regulations
governing the use of City parks and recreation facilities, and the
fee schedule for the use thereof, and has recommended that said
Rules and Regulations and said fee schedule be revised, as shown
on Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that said Rules and Regulations governing the
use of City Parks and Recreation facilities and the fee schedule
proposed for the use of said facilities be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted by the City of Chula Vista.

13. Addi±ional charges will be made for unusual utility requirements and/or special
services.

16, Failure to comply u;ith any of these rules or regulations is grounds far revo~ing
or denying future permits by the Director of Parris and Rzerea~ion,
17. Request for variations of policies, and/or service charges for the ~~se of
recreation facilities, must have the approval of the Parks and Recreation _~
Commission. The Director, at his discretion ,;,~y +_ake any request for use
of a facility to the Commission,
