RESOLUTION NO. 5146 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY FOR STREET PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street purposes for Tidelands Avenue, executed by SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, dated the 24th day of February, 1969, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, including therewith recording data as to the recordation of said grant of easement. This instrument is given without warranty of title of any kind, express or implied, and no covenant of warranty of title shall be implied from the use of any word or words herein contained.
