RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
OLGA JEWEL BUTTERFIELD, AN INDIVIDUAL, FOR
PARK PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
real property, made by grant deed executed by Olga Jewel Butterfield,
an individual,
dated the 29th :day of February , .1968 , to the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as a grant in
fee.

PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lots 22 and 27 in Quarter Section 122 of Rancho de la
Nacion, in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 505, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County March 13, 1888, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of First Avenue, distant thereon
158 South 18° 17'00" East, 237.775 feet from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 5
of the Eitzen Tract, according to Map thereof No. 1482, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County October 11, 1912, said point being
also the Northwesterly corner of land described in Deed to William F. Berdine, i.
et ux, recorded October 13, 1959 in Book 7931, page 525 of Official Records;
thence along the Easterly line of said First Avenue, South 18°17'00" East,
237.775 feet to the Southwesterly corner of land described in deed to
Norman Butterfield, et ux, recorded March 13, 1951 in Book 4010, page 107 of
Official Records; thence 'along the Southerly and Easterly boundary of said
Butterfield's land as follows: North 71°46'09" East, 414.51 feet to the
Southeasterly corner of said land; and North 18°23'00" West, 237.77 feet to
the Northeasterly corner of said land; thence along the Iortherly line of
said Butterfield's land and the Westerly prolongation thereof, South
71°46'09" West, 414.10 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom, the Westerly 200.00 feet.

The Southerly 30.00 feet of the Westerly 200.00 feet of that portion of Lots
22 and 27 in Quarter Section 122 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of
Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 505, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
March 13, 1888, described as follows:
