HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1968-4702Form No- 344 RevT 9-6~ RESOLUTION NO~ 4702 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE TEN°rATIVE MAP OF A SUBDIVISION T'0 BE KNOWN AS PALOMAR PLAZA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore approved that certain tentative map of a subdivis on to be known as Palomar Plaza (revised) and has recommended that the City Council approve said tentative map subject to the cond.i~tions as recommended in their letter dated the 20th day of February , 19 68, a Dopy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said Council does hereby approve said tenta- tive subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of the P:Lanning Commission of the City of Chula Vista. DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING February 20, 1968 The Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, California Subject: Tentative map - Palomar Plaza (revised) Gentlemen: City o~ C~nu.Qa ~~sta CALIFORNIA At their meeting of February 19, 1968, the City Planning Commission con- sidered a new tentative map of the Palomar Plaza Subdivision. This subdivision involves approximately 9 acres of land at the easterly terminus of E. Palomar Street, west of the proposed Interstate 805 Freeway. This map includes ten (10) single-family residential lots and one (1) commercial lot containing approximately 5 1/2 acres. The Commission recommends approval of the map subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed alignment of Nolan Avenue would create a small illegal lot adjacent to the westerly and northerly subdivision boundaries. The subdivider shall affect a transfer of ownership so as to incor- porate the parcel into the adjacent legal parcel reserving any slope easements as may be necessary. 2. The subdivider shall provide permanent slope rights as necessary for the protection of street improvements. 3. That a building permit for lot 10 shall not be issued until such time as sewer i s avai 1 able to that 1 ot,ac.-u---a-~ra~te-~~ew~g~- ~t~spasal .. ~-th~ -Ei~ty . 4.
