ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ESTABLISHED BY CHULA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 19.18.010 TO REZONE 21 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PARCELS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE 600 BLOCK OF SECOND AVENUE, CHANGING THE ZONING OF SAID PARCELS FROM Rl-7 TO R1-15 (SECOND READING AND ADOPTION) (Assistant City Manager/Director of Development Services) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the ordinance. 3. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011/2012 COMMUNITY FACILITY DISTRICT 97-2 (CFD 97-2) BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING $130,000 FROM CFD 97-2 RESERVES (4/STHS VOTE REQUIRED) (Director of Public Works) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the resolution. ADJOURNMENT to the next Regular City Council Meeting on May 1, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers. Page 5 -Council Agenda http://www.chulavistaca.gov Apri124, 2012 in accordance with California Government Code Section 66458(d), notice is hereby given that the City Engineer has reviewed and, immediately following this City Council meeting of April 24, 2012, will approve the following final map(s): Chula Vista Tract No. 11-05, Otay Ranch Village 2 North, "A" Map No. 2 and Neighborhood R- SB Unit No. 1, 30 single family units located on 44.218 acres south of Olympic Parkway and west of La Media Road. Specifically, the City Engineer has caused the map(s) to be examined and has made the following findings: (1) The map(s) substantially conform(s) to the approved tentative map(s), and any approved alterations thereof and any conditions of approval imposed with said tentative map(s). (2) The map(s) comply(ies) with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and any local ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map(s). (3) The map is technically correct. Said map will be finalized and recorded, unless an interested party files a valid appeal of the City Engineer's action to City Council no later than 2:00 p.m., 10 calendar days from the date of this City Council meeting. A valid appeal must identify the improper/incorrect finding and the basis for such conclusion.
