RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
REMISING, RELEASING AND QUITCLAIMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
IN SAID CITY TO ELSA K. AND R. CORDON PETTIT, HUSBAND AND
WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS AND MARIAN B. AND RICHARD W. WILSON,
HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED
The City Council of_ the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve
as follows:
That the City of Chula Vista hereby remises, releases and
quitclaims that certain portion of the Northwest corner of Bonita
Road and Willow Street, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, to Elsa K, and
R. Cordon Pettit, husband and. wife a.s joint tenants, and Marian. B.
and Richard W. Wilson, husband. and wife as joint tenants.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula
Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said quitclaim deed,
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein.
