RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
APPROVING, MAP OF HOLIDAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 5
ACCEP''TINO ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC THE LUBLIC STREETS DEDI-
CATED ON SAID MAP, AND ACCEPTING ON BEHALr' OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA THE EASEMENTS GRANTED ON SAID MAP WITHIN SAID
SUBDIVISION
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Chula Vista hereby finds that that certain map survey entitled
Holiday Estates Subdivision, Unit No. 5,
and more particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED.
is made in the manner and form prescribed by law and conforms to the
surrounding surveys; and that said map and subdivision of land shown
thereon is hereby approved and accepted.
BE I`I' r'URTHER RESOLVED that sa.zd Council hereby accepts on
behalf of the public the public streets, to-wit:
ORANGE AVENUE, KIM PLACE, SUZANNE LANE, CITRUS WAY, CONNOLEY AVENUE,
and TAMARINDO WAY,
and said streets are hereby declared to be public streets and dedicated
to the public use
BE .I'I' FURTHER RESOD%ED that said Co~zncil hereby accepts on
behalf of the City of Chula Vista the easements with the right of in-
gress and egress for the construction of sewer, drainage, street tree
planting and public utilities, all as granted and shown on said map
within said subdivision, subJect to the conditions set forth thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the G:ity Clerk. of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to endorse
upon said map the action of said Council; that said Council has
approved said subdivvision map, and that said public streets are ac-
cepted on behalf of the public as heretofore stated, and that those
certain easements with the right of ingress anal egress for the con-
struction and maintenance of sewer and drainage facilities, street
tree planting, and public +itilities as granted thereon and shown on
said map within said subdivision are accepted on behalf of the City
of Chula Vista as herenabove stated,
BE ICI' FUR°THER RESOLVED that the C.Yty Clerk be, and he is
hereby directed to transmit said map to the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego, California-

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: HOLIDAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5
Being a subdivision of all that portion of Lot 2 of Section 14,
Township 18 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in
the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey approved February 23,
1870, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 2 distant
thereon North 00°20'50" East 9.50 feet from the Southeast
corner thereof; thence North 89°35'10" West parallel with the
Southerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 528.04 feet; thence
South Ol°15'10" East a distance of 7.00 feet; Thence North 89°
35'10" West parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 2 a
distance of 183.95 feet to a point which is North 00°01'30"
East parallel with the Easterly line of said Section 14, 2.50
feet from the Northwest corner of the land described in Par-
cel 2 in Deed to Haas Brothers Motor Company, a corporation,
recorded March 6, 1958 in Book 6981, page 513 of Official
Records; thence parallel with the Easterly line of said
Section 14, North 00°01'30" East a distance of 1069.92 feet
to the Northerly line of said Lot 2; thence North 71°30'50"
East along the Northerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of
758.41 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South
00°20'50" West along the Easterly line of said Lot 2 a dis-
tance of 1308.56 feet to the point of beginning.
