Form No. 374 RESOLUTION NO. 4422 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DIRECTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS TO GIVE NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911 AND SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PROTESTS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has determined that street improvements in excess of 50% of the frontage have been installed in the blocks on which the properties listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, are located, and WHEREAS, the property owners listed on said Exhibit "A" have not installed the street improvements itemized thereon, and WHEREAS, said property owners have the duty to construct or cause to be constructed said street improvements in front of their properties upon notification from the Superintendent of Streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the Superintendent of Streets be, and he is hereby directed to notify the property owners listed on the attached Exhibit "A" to construct or cause to be constructed said street improvements in front of their properties, said notice to be prepared and given in accordance with the Improvement Act of 1911 (Chapter 27, Part 3, Division 7 of the California Streets and Highways Code). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Tuesday , the 11th day of _ July 19 67 , at the hour of 7. pp p,pJi, in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center at 276 Guava Avenue are hereby set as the time and place for hearing protests of any property owner or other interested persons in connection with said proposed street improvements.
