RESOLUTION NO. 4406 RESOLUTION :?F SHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VI;:TA APPROVING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VL~TA AND ADOLPH O. AND BEATRICE M. DIETERLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND NELLIE BARKER, AN INDIVIDUAL, FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby .r~~solvt. as follows: That those certain agreements between the City of Chula Vi,.;ta, a municipal corporation, and Adolpa O. and Beatrice M. ilieterle, husband and wife, dated the 16th day of May , 19h7, and that certain agreement between the City of®~h ula Vista and Nellie Barker, an individual, dated the day of hiay 1967, for the purchase and sale of certain real property in said City, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreements for and on behalf of said City.
