RESOLUTION NO. 4402
RESOLUTION OF THE CITE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF° CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TN
SAID CITY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
That that certain grant of real property, made by grant
deed$ executed by JAME5 E. and ESTHER ADLER
copies
dated the 1st day of_ May ~ 19 67 ~~~ of which

~X attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the

same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same x hereby
accepted and dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes
by the City of Chula Vista.
BE YT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby
officially named PEPPER TREE ROAD and CRESTA WAY.

division according to Map thereof No. 2415, being a point on the arc of a
85.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly whose center bears North
59°26'47" West;
Thence Northerly, along the arc of said curve, through a central
angle of 40°14'41", a distance of 59.70 feet;
Thence South 70°22'30" West, a distance of 28.85 feet to the Easterly

A strip of land, 10 feet in width lying within the Southerly Half
of the Southwest Quarter of Quarter Section 111 of Rancho de la Nacion ~
as shown on Record of Survey No. 1743 on file in the office of the County
Recorder, County of San Diego, State of California, said strip of land
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 5 of Hilltop Manor Sub-
division according to Map thereof No. 2415, records of said County, being
a point on the arc of a 170.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly,
whose center bears North 29°04'17" West;
Thence Easterly, along the arc of said curve, through a central
angle of 25°32'43", a distance of 75.79 feet;
Thence tangent to said curve, North 35°23' East a distance of 11.20
feet to the beginning of a tangent 230 foot radius curve, concave South-
easterly;
Thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 16°59', a distance of 68.17 feet;
Thence tangent to said curve, North 52°22' East, a distance of 61.49
feet;
Thence South 12°19'10" East, a distance of 11.06 feet to a point..on
the Northerly line of San Diego County Road Survey No. 697, said Northerly
line being parallel with and 20 feet Northerly of the centerline of said
Road Survey 697;
Thence Westerly along said Northerly line of Road Survey 697 through
the various courses and distances to a point on the Southerly prolongation
of the Easterly line of the aforementioned Lot 5 of Hilltop Manor Sub-
division;
Thence North 19°07'00" West, along said Southerly prolongation, a
distance of 10.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.
