On May 31, 1972, Oscar, Maria, Jorge and Ester Cruz, owners of the property executed a grant deed to the City of Chula Vista in compliance with this requirement. A transparency will be available for Council viewing. See EXHIBITS [x] Pdo. 1-2-3 Financial Statement: Not applicable. Commission-Board Recommendation: Planning Commission requirement.
