Item Title: Resolution - Accepting, Naming and Dedicating a Grant Deed for
Street Purposes on Otay Valley Road
Initiated by: Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Attached is a copy of Resolution [ x] Ordinance [ ] Agreement [ ] Plat [ x]
Background:
As a requirement for granting a Conditional Use Permit for an auto
repair shop on the north side of Otay Valley Road, East of
Oleander Avenue, the Planning Commission, at their meeting of
May 15, 1972, requested an additional 30 feet of right of way for
street purposes on Otay Valley Road.
On May 31, 1972, Oscar, Maria, Jorge and Ester Cruz, owners of the
property executed a grant deed to the City of Chula Vista in
compliance with this requirement.
A transparency will be available for Council viewing.
