Council correspondence far May 23, 1°72, urging opposition to Proposition 9• Since there will be no Council meeting until the day of the election, it is incumbent upon the Council, if it so chooses, to enact on May 23, 1972, a resolution expressing opposition to Prop- osition 9. A unanimous consent resolution has been prepared for consider- ation of the Council.
