Equalization, effective ?March 1, 1972, an annexa- tion fee must be paid for all properties being annexed to the City. The City Clerk is charged with the responsibility of collecting this fee and forwarding it to the Board of Equalization. sae have two annexations now pending with the City, which are City-initiated: Otay Valley Road and Arizona Street 1911 Act. The Director of Planning informs me that the City must pay this cost. I have, therefore, requested a resolution apnropriatinc~ the sum of $500 to cover the cost of these twa annexations. It now appears necessary to change my budget and incorporate this new account: Other Specialized Services - 01-1160-5202 in the amount of $1000 for the fiscal year 1972-73. jf ```~-_ ./ ,. - ! .~ ~~ ~/~-~ w ~ ~ Form No .
