The precise plan shows a GO' X H7' tvao-story bank building with a total floor area of 10,440 square feet ar~d 4 drive-through banking facilities. Access to the site is provided by three drivetivays, two on H Street and one on Fourth Avenue with a total of 31 parking spaces for offstreet parking. Cf~u~a ~lJ~sta CALIFORNIA Subject: Precise plan of Balboa Bank for development of lot at southwest corner of Fourth AVenue and H Street Ordinance 1247 designated C-0 zoning on property located on the south side of H Street, extending -367 feet west from Fourth Avenue; provided, however, that said zone shall not become effective until a subdivision or parcel map and a precise plan consolidating all or some of the lots in a manner which will insure sound commercial office development is approved by the City. Balboa Bank, in organization, has met these requirements with the consolidating of 5 lots and the presentation of a precise plan for development of the property with a bank structure. The City Planning Commission considered this precise plan on April 17, 1972 and in accordance with their resolution PCM-72-4 recommend approval by your honorable body. ,~y;/' NORMAN G.
