Church Avenue was originally dedicated and accepted through the recordation of the map of Dyer Tract on December 23, 1925, The street was initially dedicated with a 60-foot right of way, The additional 10-foot dedication will match the present right of way of Church Avenue at the Security Pacific National Bank site immediately to the south. Article 5 of Ordinance 1205 requires the dedication of needed r.i.ght of way as a condition of issuance of a building permit, Therefore, it is a requirement of the City that this additional 10-foot width be dedicated at 272 Church Avenue. Dedication adjacent to 276 Church Avenue is not currently required, but is offered by the property owner on a voluntary basis, Please prepare a resolution for Council action accepting the subject grant deed and dedicating and naming the described parcel as Church Avenue, The resolution should further instruct the City Clerk to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder, A transparency is available for Council action.
