The drainage adjacent to Otay (_akes Road is proposed to be carried in an open concrete-
iined channel. There vrauld be a slope down from Otay Lakes Road and an additional slope
up from the c'rairrage ch~rzrlel to the pad areas of the lots that back up to Otay Lakes Road.

At this time access to 'che subdivision would be at one point onto Allen School Lane.
Two additional streets are stubbed to the south for acees %hrough that property vrhen
development take, place.
Sidewalks ar~e praposed for~ both sides of all residential collector streets but not on
any cut-de-sacs. The final texture and color of these tralks will be approved by staff
but the developer is encouraged to use textures and colors appropriate to the development.
There is a 5 acre park site adjacent to Rllen Elementary School that titi~-ill be reserved at
this time. It appear, that with the park fees collected from! this subdivision and the
fees collected front rf:~c:ert apart!lrent development on 6onita Road, the City vrill have enough
money to purchase the park site.
There is a i2 KV electric line adjacent to Otay Lakes Roud ans some minor lines to the
west that will be und~rarounded. .
