Background:
Attached is a grant deed for four road easements which are offsite from
Larkhaven Chula Vista Subdivision, Unit No. 2. These easements are
necessary to provide for the access and maintenance of those portions
of East Orange Avenue which are not within *.he subdivision boundaries,
but which are to be constructed in conjunction with improvements of
Larkhaven Chula Vista Subdivision, Unit No. 2. In addition, these
easements are to be dedicated and named as East Orange Avenue.
