DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING
October 7, 1969
The Honorable Mayor and City Council
of the City of Chula Vista
Civic Center
Chula Vista, California
Subject: Tentative Map of Tree Haven Apartments
Gentlemen:
At their meeting of October 6, 1969, the City Planning Commission
considered the one lot subdivision map for the R-3 zoned lot on the
north side of J Street approximately 310' west of Third Avenue. This
lot is developed with 31 single story apartments which the applicant
proposes to convert to a condominium project.
The Commission recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
1. A copy of the C.C.& R. be filed with the Planning Department for
review prior to City Council action on the tentative map and approval
be given to such prior to the submission of the final map before said
body. The C.C.& R. shall include the names of the Managing Agent or
members of the Managing Board each year.
2. Drainage from the end of Landis Avenue shall be collected and
carried in a concrete lined channel or pipe to the existing inlet
located at the westerly boundary of the subdivision. The manner
in which this is accomplished is subject to detailed approval by
the City Engineer at the time of submission of improvement plans.
Also, any drainage easements as deemed necessary by the City
Engineer shall be provided.
3. The installation of a street light may be required on J Street.
Respectfully submitted,
/~`L~
