Resolution - Establishing an underground utility district on
Broadway from F Street to H Street

In accordance with Council Resolution No. 7058, City Council will hold
a public hearing on November 27, 1973 to determine whether public
necessity, health, safety or welfare requires the formation of an
underground utility district on Broadway between F Street and H Street.

Council approve resolution establishing an underground utility district
on Broadway between F Street and H Street in accordance with Ordinance
No. 1460.
City Manager Recommendation:
Concur with Department Head. Estimated costs are $311,000. Funds are available -
$322,400 from our assigned San Diego Gas and Electric Company utility undergrounding
and conversion funds. We hope to complete this project next fall. Proper notifica-
tion by the City Clerk's office to the affected property owners has been completed.
