Department Head Recommendation: Agreement [ ] Plat [ ] See EXHIBITS [X] No. 1 Council approve resolution establishing an underground utility district on Broadway between F Street and H Street in accordance with Ordinance No. 1460. City Manager Recommendation: Concur with Department Head. Estimated costs are $311,000. Funds are available - $322,400 from our assigned San Diego Gas and Electric Company utility undergrounding and conversion funds. We hope to complete this project next fall. Proper notifica- tion by the City Clerk's office to the affected property owners has been completed. 7D
