[ 13 ] CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF ITEM TITLE: INITIATED BY R 4 (' IC (: R (lT T TAT Tl November 13~ 1973 Resolution - Accepting Two Drainage Easements and One Slope Easement from Perisho Estates Ltd. Director of Public Works/City Engineer Robinhood, Inc., developers of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision, have sub- mitted plans to construct street and drainage improvements for their development. These improvements were imposed by Council Resolution No. 6765, adopted on March 20, 1973, as conditions of approval of their tentative subdivision map. In order to construct said improvements, 2 off-site drainage easements and a slope easement are required. Perisho Estates Ltd., owner of the property where said easements are located, has executed and recorded grant deeds that fully describe said easements. Since said easements have been recorded at the County of San Diego's recorder office without being accepted by the City, it is requested that Council adopt a resolution accepting these easements. Upon their acceptance by Council, these easements will be recorded by the City Clerk. A transparency showing these easements is available for Council viewing.
