ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Approving Final Map of Rancho Robinhood
Subdivision

The final map of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision has been checked
by the Engineering Division and found to be in conformity
with the tentative map approved by the City Council on March
20, 1973 by Resolution 6765.
All bonds, letters of credit and executing agreements have
been submitted. Approval of the final map includes the
dedication of the following streets:
WRANGLER COURT, BUCKAROO LANE, MAVERICK PLACE, STALLION PLACE,
MUSTANG PLACE, BRONCO PLACE, CORRAL COURT, a portion of OTAY
LAKES ROAD, a portion of ALLEN SCHOOL LANE- and a portion of
SURREY DRIVE. Also dedicated to the City is Lot #115 for park,
recreational and open space use.
The legal description of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision is as
follows:
Being a subdivision of portions of Quarter Sections
46, 59 and 72 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the City
of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map No. 166 filed in the
office of the Recorder of San Diego County.
Gross Area - 72.494 Ac. No. of Lots = 117 (114 residential,
1 park, 1 open space, 1 utility)
