CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF: October 30, 1973
ITEM TITLE: Resolution - (A) Quitclaiming Certain Real Property to Victor L. and
Leona Talbot Wulff
(B) Quitclaiming Certain Real Property to Mack Lovett

BACKGROUND
City Attorney
The Director of Parks and Recreation has been in the process of negotiating for
the disposal of certain parcels of property at the Municipal Golf Course. The
sale of the parcels in no way interferes with the use of the Golf Course, and
it is, therefore, recommended that the Mayor be authorized to execute the
grant deeds.
The situation has been somewhat confused by the newest requirement of the State
Subdivision Map Act for the filing of parcel maps in all cases of division of
land. We, therefore, request that the Council approve the authorization for
the execution of the deeds by the Mayor and that staff withhold the delivery
of the deeds until the parcel map requirement is satisfied and, of course,
until the agreed upon sale price of $2,500.00 in the case of the sale to
Victor Wulff, and $6,652.63 in the case of the sale to Mack Lovett has been
paid.
It is desired that this matter be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
