RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
REMISING AND RELEASING BY GRANT DEED CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
IN SAID CITY TO ALLAN W. THOMPSON AND PHYLLIS G. THOMPSON
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT DEED
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve
as follows:
That the City of Chula Vista hereby remises and releases by
grant deed that certain property known as Lot 6 of Palm Garden
Estates to Allan W. Thompson and Phyllis G. Thompson, husband and
wife, as joint tenants.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula
Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said grant deed,
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein.
