NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1. That Property Owner, Rohr Corporation, in lieu of making the improvements specified herein, prior to the final inspection of completion or the giving of any completion certificate, agrees, covenants and promises that it will install, construct or cause to be installed or constructed the improvements hereinafter set forth within thirty (30) days of written notice to construct from the Planning Commission. Said improvements shall be made without cost or expense to the City, except as may be consented to by the City. 2. That to secure the faithful performance of the installa- tion of said improvements, Rohr Corporation, concurrent with the execu- tion of this agreement, shall deposite an improvement security in the amount of $5,000.00 with the City of Chula Vista. 3. The public improvements shall consist of that work specifically deferred by the action of the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista, as follows: -1- t--~ .~ ~ `'~ I "O" S-.reet 4" L'.C.C.
