HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1967-4567Form No. 320 RESOLUTION NO. 4567 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT DISTRICT FOR STREET PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That certain grant of easement for street purposes executed by San Diego Unified Port District dated the 22nd day of August 1967 a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the said City of Chula Vista for street purposes.
