RESOLUTION NO., 5650
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT r'ROM AMERICAN HOUSING GUILD-
SAN DIEGO
FOR ROAD AND UTILITY PURPOSES ADJACENT TO GREG ROGERS PARK
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
easement for road and utility purposes adjacent to Greg Ro ers Park
executed by American Housing Guild-San Diego i
dated the 13th day of April , 19 ~0, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by thzs reference made a part hereof, the same as
though fully set forth herein beN and the same is hereby accepted by
the City of Chula Vista for_ road and utility purposes
