RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS FOR REMODELING OF THE MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
RESTROOMS
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista is
authorized by Section 1105 of the City Charter to amend or supple-
ment the annual city budget by the affirmative votes of at least
four members at any meeting after its adoption, and
WHEREAS, the restrooms at the Municipal Golf Course
have deteriorated to the point where their present condition can
be termed hazardous, and
WHEREAS, the remodeling of said restrooms was approved
for the 1968-69 budget and carried over to the 1969-70 budget, and
it is now deemed essential to perform the work with City forces as
recommended by the Chief Administrative Officer pursuant to the
provisions of Section 1109 of the City Charter in the sum of
$2,544.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that the sum of $2,544.10 be appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the Capital Improvement General
Fund for the purpose hereinabove set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Officer be, and
he is hereby directed to record this Council action in the accounting
records of the City.
