RESOLUTION NO. 5797 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA REMISING AND RELEASIPdG BY GRANT DEED CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY TO A. B. AND DEMETRA ELLINGTON AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT DEED The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That the City of Chula Vista hereby remises and releases by grant deed that certain property known as the northeast corner of Corte Maria and "E" Street to A. B. and Demetra Ellington, husband and wife, as joint tenants. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said grant deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. I have investigated the effeot of the building regarding the safety factor at the rotosedastructure wouldahave~d E Street, end found the p P no detrimental effeot on the present (less than desirable) situation created by the existing bank on the east property 11ne. The access right to E Street should be given up to guarantee that there gill not be any banking into E Street from this site in the future.
