Resolution - Release of Lien to Guarantee Public Improvements
at 535 "H" Street
Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Resolution No. 5138, adopted April 22, 1969, approved an agreement for
deferral of public improvements on the alley and accepted a lien of
$1,000 against 535 "H" Street. The lien agreement was recorded with
the County Recorder on File/Page 72314 on April 22, 1969.
The public improvements required under the lien have now been completed
to the standards of the City through the 1911 Block Act, Phase XIV and
an assessment against this property has been approved by Resolution No.
6810 on April 10, 1973. Therefore, the lien guarantee is no longer
required.
A transparency is available for Council viewing.
