[ g ] ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Approving Agreement with Jennings Hom, 633 - 16th Street, San Diego, CA to Provide Certain Drainage Improvements for the Property on Third Avenue and Quintard Street INITIATED BY: Director of Public Works/City Engineer ~~--- uorur_rznrrnrn Mr. Jennings Hom submitted a tentative parcel map for property located on Third Avenue and Quintard Street. This tentative parcel map was certified by the Planning Department and Engineering Division, subject to certain requirements, on May 3, 1973. One of these requirements was for Mr. Hom to provide necessary drainage improvements and easements as required by the City Engineer. Mr. Hom requested deferral of these improvements until plans for development of his property are finalized. In order to ensure the completion of said improvements, Mr. Hom has executed his portion of an agreement, which stipulates that no building permits will be issued for Parcel No. 2 until the aforementioned c©ndition is completed or financially guaranteed. The agreement will be recorded and shall be binding upon any owners, heirs, or assigns of the property. It is requested that the City Council approve this agreement and authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement. A transparency is available for Council viewing.
