the Environmental Control Commission, approached the City regarding
the establishment of a glass reclamation center. Staff has investi-

Briefly, the sponsor (Chula Vista Junior Woman's Club) would
contract with the Chula Vista Sanitary Service for two metal bins
which would be placed on City land adjacent to the Animal Shelter.
The operation has been cleared with the Coast Regional Commission
