ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Approving Subdivision Improvement Agreement for
Rancho Rios Subdivision, Unit No. 2

Rancho Rios Developers have completed all requirements imposed by
the Planning Commission and City Council for the recordation of
a final map of Rancho Rios Subdivision, Unit No. 2. They have
paid all required fees, posted all necessary bonds, and have
completed their portion of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
It is recommended that the Council authorize the Mayor to execute
the agreement on behalf of the City.
