This site is one of two specified in the Parks-in-Cities grant OSC-456, approved by HUD in July, 1970. Negotiations have been completed with the property owners of the abovementioned site and the agreed upon price is $70,000. It is presumed that the eventual acquisition and development of Larkhaven, along with the Otay park site, will result in a credit balance which presumably will be offset by HUD funding.
