Item Title: Resolution - Approving appropriation of funds for balance of
Municipal Election costs

Background:
On June 16, 1972, we received a tentative billing
from the Registrar of Voters for the following:
10/26/71 Sweetwater election
4/11/72 General Municipal
$ 850.00
24000.00
$19,000 was budgeted for the costs of these two
elections and this amount was sent to the Registrar
to be paid on account.
Actual billing has just been received, as follows:
10/26/71 Sweetwater election 920.07
4/11/72 General Municipal 24798.86
The amount of $4781.10 has been charged to the
School District, and the candidates charges for the
statement of qualifications has been deducted, leaving
a balance owing of $1,937.83.
