T6~is bill further requires that every county and every city prepare, adopt and submit to the Secretary of the Resources Agency an interim open space plan, which shall be in effect until June 30, 1973 containing, but not limited to, the following: a. The officially adopted goals and policies which will guide the preparation and implementation of the open space plan. b. A program for orderly completion and adoption of the open space plan by June 3U, 1973, including a description of the methods by which open space resources 4vi11 be inventoried and conservation measures determined. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed Interim OPen Space Plan on September 6, 1972, and recommend its adoption. This is merely a lead document needed to meet State rec}uire- ~ments.
