HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1971-6083RESOLUTION N0. 6083 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA EXTENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND JAMES M. YAMATE, AN INDIVIDUAL, FOR DEFERRAL OF IMPROVEMENTS AT 1002 INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, by Resolution No. 4776 adopted on the 29th day of May, 1968, approved that certain agreement by and between the City of Chula Vista and James M. Yamate, authorizing the deferral of certain street improve- ments at 1002 Industrial Boulevard in the City of Chula Vista, and WHEREAS, said agreement has subsequently been extended for an additional period of two years, to and until the 10th day of July, 1971, and WHEREAS, said agreement is again due to expire, and property owner, James M. Yamate, has requested said agreement be extended for an additional one year period, due to the fact that the State Division of Highways will be improving Interstate 5 and the easterly ramps for "L" Street, utilizing portions of Mr. Yamate's property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement by and between the City of Chula Vista and James M. Yamate authorizing the deferral of certain street improvements for the property located at 1002 Industrial Boulevard be, and the same is hereby extended for an additional period of one year, to and until the 10th day of July, 1972.
