NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain easement for sewer purposes more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated. .
