PROVISIONS OP' .IHE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT VACATION LAW OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE IN'TENTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL TO VACATE AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES ACROSS LOTS 36 THROUGH 44 OF APOLLO UNIT NO. 1 SUBDIVISION AND FIXING A 'rIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING..THEREON The City Council of the City of,Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, that certain accepted by the City Council of Noo 3469 ,dated the 11th no longer necessary, and easement the City day of for SEWER PURPOSES of Chula Vista by Resolution August 19~, is WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has determined that the public interest and convenience of said City re- quire the vacation of said easement" NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT .RESOLVED that it .is the intention of the City Council to order the vacation of that certain easement executed by Princess Manor Subdivision more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. BE IT FURTHER_RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Chula Vista hereby elects to proceed in making said vacation under the provi- sions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law of the State of Calif- ornia, and hereby fixes Tuesday ,the 20th day of April 19 71, in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 276 Guava Avenue, Chula Vista, California, as the time and place 'for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to, the proposed vacation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the Chula Vista Star News, a newspaper of gen- eral circulation published within the City of Chula Vista, and to cause notices of the passage of this resolution to be posted in the manner and form required by law.
