Rev. 11-69 RESOLUTION NO. 5945 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE CHULA VISTA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON EAST NAPLES STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does he.reby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain ag.reement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and THE CHULA VISTA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, for the installation of street improvements on East Naples Street, east of Oleander Avenue to the eastern city limits dated the 16th day of February is attached hereto and incorporated herein, set forth herein be, and the same is hereby , 19 71 , a copy of which the same as though fully approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
